Hope I'm not stepping on anyone toes but I kinda miss my girl MSW post...I thought I would hold it down for her.

* I been getting up to a good 45 min workout, 50 squats, and 80 situps

* My meals, well its been a struggle everyweekend I end up skipping meals cause I'm on the go..I got me a hand full of protein bars in my purse

* Protein is not really a issue unless like I said if I'm on the go and skip meals so I'll work not trying to miss any meals and replacing with a protein bar

* On my spare time I've been reading a self help book...How to win Friends and influence people by Dale Carnegie.

 Happy Easter
Well  I am going to pick wisely with food by taking more veggies, for sure none of the dessert they will kill the weight loss. I will definitely have to take like two time outs, to clear my head and stay away from the food.

Surgery date May 7 / 2012
Highest 312 lbs - Pre Op 297lbs - now 199 lbs
I know now that my location was never my destination.

Friday is a planned high day, so I fell in under my set totals.
1374 calories, 100g net carbs, and 91g protein.

Saturday, I got up, did some tidying up, then grabbed an apple with PB while I waited for the young lady that braids my hair to arrive.
I didnt eat anything else until she left, but because I was already running late I just grabbed another apple with some PB.  It was after 7pm by the time I was wrapping up grocery shopping and I did NOT feel like cooking.  So I end up grabbing some summer rolls (shrimp, avocado, etc) that I grabbed from the deli department for dinner.
Overall it was a very light day at only 950 calories, 74 net carbs, and 45g protein.

I was anticipating Easter as being a higher calorie/carb day, so I planned for it.
I am calorie/carb cycling, so I set Easter as being a high day, adjusting other days over the week so that my weekly totals came in under limit.
My totals for Easter Sunday:  1256 calories, 116 net carbs, 72g protein.

I was a little light on protein overall (mainly due to my crazy Saturday), but my calories and carbs didnt take too bad a hit.

Getting back on track 10yrs later after a REGAIN of approx 35lbs
Surgery weight:  277lbs             Goal/maintenance weight: 135lbs
