I CHEATED...I TORN INTO TO THEM CHICKEN WANGS! U WOULD'VE THOUGHT I WAS A BEAST

I'M BACK ON TRACK AND READY TO KICK MY OWN ASS.LOL IT MIGHT BE SOMETHING I'M MISSING FROM MY DIET THATS MAKING ME CRAVE ALL THE THINGS I'M NOT SUPPOSE TO HAVE.

ANY SUGGESTIONS OR COMMENTS WILL BE USEFUL. I DON'T WANT TO MAKE A HABBIT OF CHEATING AND IF I DO I DON'T TO GO HAM ON IT.

You are doing a good thing by

*admitting you went off track  (its so easy to hide these things and push them to the back of your mind without sorting them out)

* trying to get help to find the reason (eg- missing something in your diet, emotional,etc)

Remember we are all human,just keep doing whats good for your health and don't beat yourself up !:-)

Thats what I was thinking about BEFORE I even picked it up..I was craving for the last couple of night something with carbs not the good carbs but something witha twang to it..you get my drift. Thats when I realized it might be something not mental but something I not getting from my diet.

I'm going to call my NUT and hear what she have to say.

Oh No let's hang you at dawn lmao Hmmmm it could of been worse you could of ate entire package of cookies.Least the wings have protein.Ok so now you got that out ya system lol You know what to do now.Your st8.Maybe your not eatting enough during the day getting enough calories and you got so hungry you over ate.I thought we talked bout this lol You'll be fine pick ya self up and start again xo

Traci, nice to see you:) I'm not upset and I'm definitely not beating myself. I would like to get a understanding why I had that urge..After I ate it I feel satisfied if you would have seen me on the over hand I look like the first season from True Blood! LMAO!

Okay I'm still waiting on my NUT to call back as usual anyways I went online and did my own research. Some of the sites keep saying the same thing..It is because our body wants more nutrients than just vegetables and fruits.


That might be true I been so focused on protein that I haven't been eating enough veggies and fruits matter of fact I haven't had fruit in a minute.
