MID WEEK WORK OUT CHECK IN - OFF YOUR @$$ FOLKS.

Thursday, smack mid week.  Just as should you should be smack in the middle of your week's exercise plan. 

-  What was your agenda?
-  What have you accomplished?
-  Do you need to catch up?  If so how will you get it done? 
-  Have you done a little extra activity?  Good for you, time to make a new good habit. 

Activity.  Real dedicated physically active behavior is embraced by the body.   Forget the shopping and housework therefore I did enough bull**** excuses.  Go out hiking or skating and then talk about exercise as part of your day's routine. 

It does not have to be a dedicated workout at the gym, by dvd, etc.  However, it needs to go beyond your everyday tasks. 

Have you been off your @$$ this week?  How will you stay
off your @$$ for the rest of the week.

I'm alternating days between insanity my way and indoor running.  Then daily there is abs and strength.  Lately I've noticed this winnie the pooh waistline I'm developing.  Its time for a new and improved routine. 

I break it all up during the day because I don't have the strength or endurance to just go for it.  Still, I've been getting it done. 

Insanity even modified has been kicking my @$$.  Its much harder this time around vs the last.  That just shows you how the body works on its own schedule not your personal preference. 

I modify everything for my present needs which may change at any moment.  Still, I'm on track and up to date for this week.

Just got home from the gym.  I went for a aqua aerobics class and the dam teacher didn't show up but I worked out for a hour myself and let me tell you I did twice as much as I do when she is teaching. 

I rocked that pool.   LOL

Keep rocking the water girl.  That 199 is yours. 

I did water aerobics for a bit and I liked it but the heated pool was just too damned warm for me.  MS and heat do not mix at all.  Besides, my 40sumthn' @$$ was the youngest one in there every time.  ull of nice old ladies in their bathing suits from the 60's.    That may be why the pool was so damned hot.  I hear old folks get chilly real easy.
