OK, So this eating like Becca and working out is working pretty good. But I been thinking that I am not going to up my exercise again because I don't want my body to get use to 4 hours of exercise a day and then when I stop I gain weight back. So i'll stick to a hour or a hour and a half a day.
Anyway I am so close to underland it is crazy, so I am nerveous though cause Becca and I are going to San Francisco and I know we are going to eat bad, so we have decided to get up early and workout and then go because we ate like fat little pigs last week when we went. We are going to pick up our travel visas. YES YES!!!!!!
Anyway, here is what you want to see.

LLLLLEEEEEEEEEE!!!..............You've done so well, and you're within a slither of a pound to get to "onederland"!!....Don't eat crazy this weekend!! You can go to San Fran, eat a little healthy food, see some sights, and still have fun!.....Eating does not have to be the entertainment. You can do this!!.....

Just six tenths of one pound to go! You will do this. The how get through your trip part you already know.
If you need reminding (and for the newbies/ regain fighters):
- Log your food /have an idea of what you'll eat before hand.
- You can decide not to stick to plan or any part of it.
- You will already know if what you actually choose will totally screw you before you eat it.
- Eating on the fly is still ok but there are no illusions about the after math.
- If you over do it haul @$$ to correct it the next day.
- Better yet (MsLee's least favorite phrase), pay it forward in exercise and/ or cutting back so you know about how many extra calories you have to work with.

Before we leave we are going to go and workout. We were in San Francisco last week and had dim sum and i'm not having that cause I know Chinese food is full of fat and sugar so i'm going to pass on that but I know for sure that Becca and I are going to share a chocolate covered banana.
