Hello Kitty aka MsMSW Will Not Settle needs a bite in the @$$.  Pay attention folks.  A few days like this in a month.  Just one or two days every now and then equals weight gain.

What fat cat ate:

Fat(g) Carbs(g) Fiber(g) Net C(g) Prot(g) KCals
146.08 166.11 129.2 36.91 129.78 2206

Calorie Breakdown:Carbohydrate (30%)/ Fat (60%)/ Protein (10%)
134% of RDI Based on your RDI of 1644 calories (maintenance 135 lbs)

Estimate of what fat cat SHOULD HAVE eaten:

Fat(g) Carbs(g) Fiber(g) Net C(g) Prot(g) KCals
82.26 69.53 36.0 33.53 94.12 1310

Calorie Breakdown:Carbohydrate (21%)/ Fat (57%)/ Protein (22%)

80% of RDI Based on your RDI of 1644 calories (maintenance 135 lbs)

Now I've got issues beyond my control.  Medical situations put fifteen pounds on my @$$ in five days and I cant button all but one pair of pants. without looking like the Micheline Man.   NO MERCY AND NO EXCUSES!

I cannot control my metabolism but I damned sure don't have to add to the problem.  Yes I burned nearly 600 calories with cardio and strength so you could say my net is around 1600 calories and right in range.  Bull****  Fact is, I ate too much specially because I am on a senseless weigh gaining cycle even when eating right.

When you can't work out.  When you have metabolic issues.  When your meds pile the pounds on.  Cut the bull**** ad work that much harder at it.

I will never buy a larger size.  I squeezed my flat @$$ and bulging thighs into a pair of jeans with a bread basket not a muffin top over the waist band.  Diligence is what keeps regain away even with extenuating cir****tances.  The exceptions are rare and I have a few of them so no sympathy here.

Do what you need to do.  You may have to work harder to loose and maintain.  Sic the dogs on your @$$ if you need to.  Today is pay the piper day for me.  Protein, fat, fiber, low cal and of course cardio and strength.

Regardless of where you are today, take the lesson given.  No op, pre op, newbie, tween, vet; we all face the same issue of staying on point.  Sic them dogs on your @$$ if you need to.  Find your personal dogs and if needed get your behind chewed up!  I eat for where I need to be not where I am today.  This means its time to loose them dogs.

Today's estimate for this fat cat:

Fat(g) Carbs(g) Fiber(g) Net C(g) Prot(g) KCals
41.76 40.84 26.8 14.00 81.52 788

Calorie Breakdown:Carbohydrate (20%)/ Fat (48%)/ Protein (32%)
48% of RDI Based on your RDI of 1644 calories (maintenance 135 lbs)

Protein will be at least 100g and fat at least 50% of total calories.  I expect to come in around 1000 cal plus then there is my workout.

I have declared it.  Tomorrow my feet get held to the fire!

I made a Hugh mistake this weekend and tried out some new food for my post op..such as low fat Greek yogurt, different protein bar, pureeing some chicken mind you I'm still eating the same calories and exercising but for some reason my body didn't like the change up and I gained two pounds. Friday I was one pound away from getting weighed in :(

I guess I will always be a chip away from blowing up, back to the drawing board for me.

Check the protein bars for carbs.  Pureed meats and greek yogurt should not result in weight gain.  Of course this could be a normal fluctuation.  Keep working it.  It will correct itself.

You Betta Talk that **** girl.  LOL

I was 203.4 this morning and I am praying for an angel to come down wrap it's wings around me and melt some of this fat off my ass.  That is the kind of miracle I will need to make it to 199 by the end of the month and damit i'm going for it.

I have been working out like a fat kid on a treadmill running for a candy bar on the front console.  I have been at that dam gym so much everyone knows me.  LOL.

LET US BOW OUR HEADS!!

Dear Lord please grant us all the strength to be strong this last week of the month, help us to resist all temptation and help us to get up and workout even in times we don't feel like it.  Please let the scale reflect our hard work and let us continue to stay strong through all temptation.

AMEN!
