ACCOUNTABILITY MISSION: NO MERCY AND NO EXCUSES

TELL THE WHOLE TRUTH AND BE ACCOUNTABLE:

-  You made it through the weekend. Good, bad, or indifferent?
-  You are starting a new week.  What is on your plan?  Have you given thought to what your needs are?  Are you where you wanted to be this time last week?

We know a small regular weekend screw up equals long term weight gain even if its only two pieces of fruit over the weekend.  Just think what an un planned week can do to you.

Protein, water, vits, exercise, medications.  Your present stage is not as important as eating well and caring for your body.  Weight loss and good health is for all of us.  No op, pre op, new op, 'tween', old vet, re gainer; we want the same thing in the end.

...All are welcome, jump in at anytime.

At best my weekend eating was marginal.  Not so much over eating as poor food choices.  Carbs & sodium rule.  Protein, fats, water, have taken a back seat.

This is not nutritionally sound.  At three years post op I am all too aware that I have entered the fkcu up zone.  This is where folks think they've lost it and are maintaining so a few pounds here and there are no big deal.  For me, not so.  Time to exit the fcku up zone.

You know the 204 pic I posted the other day well my fat ass woke up and the very next morning it was 208, I hate how my body flucuates.  But i'm going to keep going and hope that I was just really bloated and still try to make it to below 200 by the end of the month.  I know with my body it would take a huge miracle for that to happen but I am going to try.

Feeling your pain but we keep working it together.  I am fifteen up this week since my meds but trying not to loose control.  Sic'n the dogs on my @$$ to rip me a new on if I start a pity party.

I have a mini vacay planned in june and I want in my shorts by then.  This will take a miracle but they can happen.  For us both, a miracle can happen.

Remember you lost 20 lbs is time last year.  We can do this.
