Weight Update with SCALE PICS

OK, Yall. It's coming off slow but at least it's coming off. I am hoping to be in ther 190's by the end of the month. My clothes are looser and i'm working my ass off. I workout 2-3 hours a day and I watch what I eat while still including my candy in my diet because without it I just turn into a monster.
I took me 2 Freaking Months to lose 7 pounds. I hate my body so much.
Anyway here is ther verdict. HOW YALL DOING ??

Give that toe some time before you get to jumping on it or you will make it worse, but get back in the saddle as soon as you can. Weight gain loves a stationary body.
