same here! i would love to come down some more also but i also have saggy skin, would rather have the sags then 157 pounds but hope to work toward losing more and having plastic surgery. i just wear spanx or a light girdle and keep it moving, as far as hair, i had hair loss and it seems to be coming back slowly but thin and soft, so i am the weava diva! i also change up with braids. i use biotin and selenium also.  my nails look great though, hair not so much. saggy skin and batwings sometimes come times with wls territory, dont try to gain the weight back! because regain will make you more upset than the saggy skin! hope this helps...

I went from 272 down to 117 at my lowest.  I didnt lose a lot of hair, but I did have a huge belly flap and I have saggy inner thighs and some batwing action.  (You can see the before and afters in my photos).

Exercise helps, but the fast rate at which we lose with the surgery...well...skin is going to hang.
I was able to qualify for a panni (TT), but the rest will be on my own dime.  I want to have the skin flaps on my back removed/tucked in and would love to have my saggy flat arse injected with my own body fat.  The boobs I can live with (thank goodness for good bras).

As one of the previous posters said, I'd much rather deal with the hanging EMPTY skin than fill it out like I used to.

Congrats on your loss!

Getting back on track 10yrs later after a REGAIN of approx 35lbs
Surgery weight:  277lbs             Goal/maintenance weight: 135lbs
