ACCOUNTABILITY MISSION: NO MERCY AND NO EXCUSES

I have not been able to post daily in recent weeks (2012 to be exact) but I'm going to be sure to post a couple of times a week.  Been  with life as we all do.  Besides, does anyone really read this thing?  Not sure I'd be missed if I stopped but we must hold ourselves accountable and show support.  Thread or no thread.

This is basically a rerun but:

TELL THE WHOLE TRUTH AND BE ACCOUNTABLE

How do you react when life throws you a curve?  What takes priority?  What goes on the back burner?  Is your commitment to self improvement among the back burner items?

You have over eaten.  A binge perhaps.  A large meal.  A small amount of a high calorie item or something that promotes weight gain and can kill your weight loss goals depending on where you are in this process.  How do you handle the rest of the day?  How do you handle the rest of the week?  Is this an excuse to do more damage like fini**** of since you have already strayed.  Perhaps wait till the next neverday to re start back to plan?

You have skipped the exercise for a bit.  Time, obligations, etc get in the way of the usual routine.  You do however make time for getting the hair and nails done.  Fun with family & friends.  Extra working hours.  Do you find ten to fifteen minutes to do a little something?  Is it really impossible to exercise in some form for ten minutes twice a day?  Is nothing the only option?

Consider beging each day with a little mental planning.
What will your basic food plan be?
What will your basic exercise plan be?
What will you do to make this a positive day?
Condiserr ending each day by asking yourself how well you performed agains your plans.

...All are welcome, jump in at anytime.

I was really off my game the last two weeks.  I at a lot of peanuts.  High cal but low on fullness.  Next in line were protein bars.  Th smaller lighter ones to stisfy my sweet tooth but given the peanuts any food takes me over the line.

This week I must pay the piper and cut back the calories while upping the burn.  This how I void weight gain.  No matter what I indulge in, month to month my calorie average stays in the right range.  Always.

Its nice to be appreciated.  I luv getting on line every day but my to do list is just too damned long these days, lol.

I've never been one to let being fat keep me from living.  More fat or less fat I have always been out there.  I do the same things now that I did 135 lbs ago, just in a shorter skirt, lol.

Glad I'm doing some good and especially glad you are exercising.  I had zero post op pain and  believe it is because I went in with strong abs.  Keep doing those crunches!
