SIT UP ROLL CALL. 500 DONE BABY

I WORKED OUT 3 HOURS TODAY, MY BACK WENT OUT SO I COULDN'T DO MY 4 HOURS.   I ALSO DID 500 SIT UPS.  250 THIS MORNING AND 250 THIS AFTERNOON.

WHAT YALL GOT.

Watch your back girl, literally.  And your knees and anything else that's in jepardy.  Don't you make me call you MsCripplePickle again.  You know I will as I'm laughing at your laid up @$$.  MsBecca had better keep an eye on you so you don't push too hard. 

After talking **** about anyone can exercise pain has had me on my flat @$$ this week. 
The upper body is non functional.  You know me.  Problem child as usual.  Its my couch potato machine but it is better than nothing. 


My belly is huge and I've started working on reducing this full case of 24 to at least a refrigerator box of 12.  Not only are my clothes tight but now I have a muffin top too damn it.  Gotta get it while the muffin is still small. 

I tried the 500 back in the fall and it took me out but major.   I should have known better with my issues.  I'm back to crunches/ reverse crunches 4 sets of 25 each split throughout the day.   My limit.  That is, I will be when I am move normal again. 

Also working the squats and when I have full use of my upper body back the dreaded planks.  I'm itching to get on insanity my way again but I need another week for saftey.  I'm not about to let anything else go out on me if I can help it.
