Insanity? No :-( Excercise! Hec yeah :-) What's your commitment?
My genetic pre disposition to insanity remains in tact . But, I've got to hold off on my insanity workout for now. I've got a pain that just won't work with all those planks.
This week it will be cardio mainly since the upper body is being uncooperative. I've got my indoor run; ea actve; your shape; tae bo; yoga; pilates; etc, etc, etc. Plenty to hold me until I can return to Insanity my way.
I am no athlete and I know my limitations so I adjust as needed. The only no will do is doing nothing at all. I'm going to make it work.
What's your exercise commitment for the week?

My commitment is to exercise every day. The best way is if I do it first thing. Why is that so hard for me? Once I get started I enjoy myself but its a chore. I too have numerous DVD's, even bought a new one. However this is my goal.
