I AM SO HUNGRY TODAY

I carbed it up yesterday and had the left overs for breakfast and again for lunch. 

Now I'm starving because carbs don't stick with me very long.  With it there was lean protein and veg but the carbs are doing their evil work. 

Solution:  Protein to get me sated.  I'm frying up an eg with half an oz of bacon for about 13g of protein and 155 calories.

I could nibble this and that.  However, I'd end up loosing calorie control for the day and eating far more than necessary.  Quality protein from real food will take care of the problem far better than a protein bar or a shake. 

Same calories.  More satisfying.

I love carbs soooo much, they make me so happy.  They do nothing good for me but make me feel happy.
