What have you committed to for the week.  Now that half the week is over, how faithful have you been to your commitment.

Dedicate a little time every day to physical activity.  Ten minutes twice a day can get you started.  It can be as simple as walking in place.

Any activity is better than no activity.  Not many of us will become athletes; but with few exceptions, all of us can achieve some improved level of fitness.

My commitment was to get back on the insanity program. Well I was down for the count a few days but I am on it now.  The hiit routine is both cardio & strength.  Now for a good stretch  on ea active.

I'm doing a marathon workout day today, that means I will workout for 4 hours today.  I went to the gym this morning and ran on the treadmill for an hour, then I did a water exercise class.

Tonight I am going to workout with Becca for a hour at the gym and then do a hour turbo kick class.

I have already eaten bad so I don't know why i'm doing a marthon day but I am.

I stayed committed to eating right all week but I haven't stayed committed to a good workout  sooooo...... with that being said I'm getting my a$$ to work and spend 45 mins on the treadmill and followed by some old fashion crunches and legs lefts.

That's right MsT, committ to the workout right now.  Smart move on your part.

I swear my recovery was quick and painless because I exercise regularly pretty much all of my life.  I was ready for discharge the morning after my rny but the rules said I had to wait five hours before they could let me go.

Eat well and up the protein and exercise now.  Fingers crossed your procedure will be as smooth and uneventful as mine was.

Contestents want their 15 minutes of fame real bad that's how.  Eat bad and a marathon session is needed.  I do the same thing.  How else do we keep the excess from turnng to fat?  You do it girl!

I may try another marathon workout day again tomorrow since I don't have to work, and I have all next week off so this may turn into a marathon week.
