I just luv a mis leading topic line as long as its not a sales pitch. Fooled a few of you! No people, these are android sweets not tasty treats. Android versions are named after sweet treats.
Nook Color android question:
I have finally reached the to do list item that says make Nook Color a full android tablet. I find Gingerbread (2.3.4) on amazon ready to go. No rooting etc required. Rasonably prices sd16 $50.
Well... what I forgot was the Ice Cream Sandwich is already out there putting my purchase a version behind before it even ships.
Has anyone upgraded from gingerbread or even honeycomb to ice cream sandwich? Was it straight forward or should I get a blank sd card and start clean.
I was so looking forward to being able to plug it in and go but nook2android does not carry the next version yet.
Experiences? Suggestions?

Ok, I had had a ice cream sandwhich, then I had a drumstick, then I had the fudge sicle, and I went to a completely different format and got some cookies on my computer (luckily Girl Scots) which messed up my hard drive and now I have to get some new jalepeno chips.
The names of all that stuff made my fat ass hungry. Don't ask me nothing because i'll been done tole you to go and get a hershey's kiss and melt it over a rice crispy square.
The person who named all that stuff must be as fat and greedy as I am.

I was just thinking what the hell made them name android os after all these damned sweets. I was ok with honeycomb but ginger bread put me in mind of those ana thin crisp ginger cookies I used to eat pre op. Can't have them anymore cause its a single serving box for me, lol.
Hate them damned girl scouts and their thin mints, trefoils, somores, and even those sf cookies. Agents of the devils thet are. Plotting against us greedy folks with those damned google developerrs just making it worse.
I'm taking my greedy ass to supermarket for an atkins bar so I dont hit the gas station at 3am for a pack of vienna fingers. Sad but I will do it plus grab some pretzels and cheese doodles too. At least in the supermarket In can get the lower cal ff chips during my weak moments. It ain't easy being greedy!
