INSANITY! What's your exercise commitment?
You may have guessed I likely have a genetic pre disposition to insanity as evidenced by my stubborn refusal to spell check my postings . But, that's not what I'm talking about here.
I'm returning to that Insanity program from what ever this infomercial company guy's name is once again. Tomorrow is day one of sixty and it will kick my @$$.
One thing for sure, the high intensity interval training and the ab work rock. I am no athlete and I know my limitations but I do Insanity MY way and I make it work.

YOU LADIES ROCK!!.........
I'm a walker!......Period!......Nothing exciting!
I do log in about 12-15 miles or better a week though. I lift a few light weights and that's it thus far. As it gets warmer there are a few classes that I'm looking forward to joining in like the Zumba and sculpting classes.

Walk/running in the gym and have started strength training...and when i am really nuts i pay a visit to my personal trainer who i think is worse then the insanity guy...i also use rival fitness which is a awesome home workout....and my WII fit...wow that sounds like a lot but i dont do it all at the same time....
Since I'm all about budgeting try to get the wii fit boar from game stop a previously owned one is about $30 bucks. The rival fitness is suppose to be the complete deal but I can't use the diet part. But seeing these inches slowly coming off of my body is a wonderful feeling. Even though I look at the scale every other day the inches and loose clothing makes me feel wonderful.....
