NO MORE FAT SMASH, NOT ENOUGH CALORIES

HEY YALL

I have decided that I can no longer do Extreme Fat Smash..  I am doing high school and college and working out morning and afternoon.  Consuming less that 600 calories a day is just not enough.

I sat down and counted up the daily calorie totals and almost every day of the week it was between 500 and 600 calories, that is just not enough.

So what is the chubby little pickle going to do????  Well i'm eating only meats and veggies and one piece of fruit a day.  I am going to consume between 1300 to 1500 a day and i'm also going to start P90X again to rebuild muscle I have lost, then i'm going to do the brand new P90X2.

I am still determined, but I can't  EFS while working and exercising this much.

I am going to weigh once a week, but if on my weigh in day I feel fat i'm not stepping on that scale and will do it the next day or when I feel less bloated.

I will continue to show scale pics, even if it's something I don't feel like sharing.  

So there it is ....no more EFS....Eating clean.....Loosing some of the extra salt on my pickle.

Lee, I remember when I first started visiting this site, you were doing P90X and you posted some awesome results photos. After I saw that, no lie I started working out with a vengeance. I was just walking/jogging every other day, and I was looking to see the results and boy did I ever. You inspired me big time...that must have been close to 2yrs ago. I know your going to do well this time too..

Yep,  i'm the P90X girl.  I did it a total of 4 times and I did P90X Plus also.  I just ordered the new P90X 2 and I am totally excited.    My wife begged me to stop X'ing because she said my arms were looking too manly.   So I laid off of the weights and X for a while,  but now it's time to get it on again.   With the X and the gym i'm sure i'll lose some weight and more importantly i'll get my muscle back.

Sometimes a pickle has to sweeten up the meal.  With change in diet and exercise you will be the spicy pickle you want to be.  I am working a being consistent with exercise.  Not interested enough to get on th level with you and MSW but exercising none the less.  Its the only way to boost my metabolism as my lifestyle is very sedentary.  Success to us all.
