See that is why I hate the scale, I have been doing really really good and yet I made the mistake of stepping on her ass this morning and she tells me, OK get yo big ass off of me, yeah you still fat.

Damit. I hate that I stepped on that dam scale, hate it.

But I am not taking a picture of that because it is not a true weight and I know it.

So I'm going to continue doing what i'm doing because my jeans are starting to show a sign of my progress. When I put them on I can actually breath. LOL

I have not picked up a weight, I haven't started any weights yet it's all cardio for now so I know it's just daily ups and downs so i'm not fretting. I just want to hurt that dam scale though.
