Its late but I have to complete my workout so there is no rest for me yet. I came into the weekend behind and I will be kicking myself in the morning if my week is not whole.
My Saturday was ok but nothing special

I just squeeked over the line for my ketogenic range. Net carbs are good but as you can see from total carbs and total protein it was protein bars over real food. You can easily get a lot more protein for the same calories from a proper meal.
