HOLD MY FEET TO THE FIRE! ACCOUNTABILITY MONDAY
Accountability Mission: No Mercy and No Excuses
Tell the whole truth and be accountable.
Happy Monday if there is such a thing. How was your weekend? How will your week be? Keep the basics in mind. It matters for no ops, pre ops, wanna be ops; not for god-luv-nor$ ops; newb ops; and old ops and everyone in between.
*We all need good quality nutritious foods.
*We all need sufficient supplements to make up for what we do not get from foods.
*We all need water and plenty of it.
*We all need regular exercise both cardiovascular and strength training.
*We all need to be comfortable in our own bodies which is both physical and mental process.
*We all need to understand, accept, and correct the issues that lead us to each other.
*We all need to seek support as we need it and to give support as we seek it.
Make your plan for the week. It need not be a major production. Just be sure you have a clue. Move through your weeks with the mindset of having no regrets. Should you stray from the basics return to them immedietly. It is never too late to straighten out your act.

LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I hit my food targets for the week and my calorie deficit as well. My miss was in the number of planned exercise sessions. I am down by 80 min (2 runs) cardio and 20 min free weights (1 body sculpt). Calisthenecs are up to date.
I was pushing for a full six days of workouts but I've come in at five. Water, protein, ketogenic fat range, vits all on point. Did the math, equates to 2.07lbs wl vs 2.27lbs had I hit my workout goal.
Todays weigh in, drum roll please:
Up another 0.2lbs since Thursday for a gain of 1.2 lbs this week instead of a loss of 2.1 lbs.
I must have really done something to **** of the gods.

Marcia I hate when you do every dam thing right and the dam scale ****s on you. Looks like your numbers flipped you had a gain of 1.2 instead of a 2.1 loss. Hopefully this week will give you that 2.1 plus some more.
I hate scales, but I got up and stepped on it. I only lost .4 pounds but at least I lost something.
That gives me a total lost of 5.4 pounds for my first week. Hoping to be out of the 200's by the end of next week. LOL.

I have started my day off well. I have switched my goals to 1200 +/- 100 calories and to focus on low carb/ high protein eating. I can't do the train any more. Its simply too hard for me right now. I need to make my sandwiches because I am always running plus...I have been bricks....too much for me. I need fiber. Scale is not moving but I have not been doing the best with my exercise either. I had an ipod issue since it was not charging... I need music so I bought an MP3 player as a temporary fix. Tonight 45 minute aerobic.
Congrats to all of you that are doing what you should. Sorry bout the scale Marcie. It is really not my friend though I have to keep it around to discipline me.
Ate thoughtlessly today but felt myself getting out of hand so the madness stopped. I drink my water and take my vitamins faithfully. Stll working on exercise.

Thanks Luv. I've abandoned he protein train for the moment. It has been far too discouraging. We need the objectivity of weights and measures but they are not perfect and don't always tell the whole story. Who knows whats really going on. Lets both just keep the calories in control. Even if we screw thw carbs, lets make out calorie goals.
