Overeaters anonymous asks us to place this disease of compulsive overeating into God's hands. It is not easy to feel so powerless, but for many it is the starting point.
Know that you are not alone. Please keep sharing your story as you reverse the upward trend and loose those pounds again. Others need to know the reality of this struggle.
Few speak frankly about their setbacks but this is what we all need to hear. My determination to keep within a particular size range is because other honest sisters like you hit me with reality as a newbie. We will winn this fight.
