So greedy I couldn't sleep, wanted my favorite breakfast so bad.

I am so greedy. I have been so dam excited about having my favorite Kashi Oatmeal for breakfast that I had trouble sleeping. I woke up three times last night and then got an attitude because it was not morning and time for my oatmeal. LOL LOL
Becca said that is something only a fellow fatty can understand and she is right. So now it is 7:47am and i'm trying to wait until 8:30 to have it. LOL I'm chomping at the bits.
There it is my favorite breakfast. Kashi Oatmeal, see all those delicious flax seeds that are so crunchy and delicious. My Keurig Black Magic coffee, and a pear.
I add the 3 splendas to my oatmeal, the butter which Becca cracks up at saying that is the biggest ass teaspoon she has ever saw, and at the end I add 2 - 3 shakes of salt to balance out the sweetness.
This is heaven for me. HEAVEN.

Glad u made it. Being an early riser, If I were regular by 8:30 breakfast would be pooped out. I know TMI. Anyway I cooked a half cup of steel cut oats this morning. It cost me 52 carbs but its filling. Don't know enough about good and bad carbs but I think these are good. Overshot my goal of staying under 100 but this too will pass. I put 2 pats of butter in my oats and SF flavored syrup. Just like teaspoons, all pats aren't created equal.

It is 10:00 pm and i'm sitting here sucking on a sugar free butterscotch hard candy and trying to fight my brain which wants to eat, eat, eat....
I hate that it is so hard at night, so much more than any other time of the day. I am not going to eat a dam thing because I know I have to get up in the morning and if I eat something I will feel bloated and fat and I will not step on that scale.
I'm proud of myself for this day. I feel hopeful that I can be successful tomorrow as well but i'm just going to be thankful right now for this day.

i know we have different surgeries but maybe you need to add more protein earlier during the day so you wont be so hungry at night, pre op that helped me alot! i used to eat alot of carbs during the day and at night i would be starving! i stopped eating a lot of fruit and carby foods because they have a lot of hidden sugar. also eating small meals all thoughout the day (back then i was hypothyroid and pre-diabetic so that definately did not help), and i got rid of my big bowls!

Thanks for the suggestions, but it does not matter if I eat a entire cow in the morning I will still want to snack at nigh. I'm not hungry at all, I just want to snack because I have taught my body to drink coffee and eat tons of chocolate snacks before bed and i'm trying to beat that obsession now. It has been 5 days so i'm hoping it will be less intense as more time goes by.
I am doing EFS so I am eating according to the plan because it really is the only eating plan that has worked for me in years. On the EFS you have to eat 6 meals a day and that include 2 snacks which I make sure at least one is protein.
I'm just greedy, it has nothing to do with being hungry. LOL.

My greedy ass has declared anytime after 4am ok breakfast time, Sick . Not even till sunrise. We greedy chicks just have to keep on trying.
