Accountability Mission: No Mercy and No Excuses

Tell the whole truth and be accountable.
Are you waiting to get skinny before you start living?  Is self neglect a way of life for you?  Do you believe you deserve the best?  Put aside what money can buy for a minute.  Do you believe that what ever it may be you are always equally worthy of the best as compared to all others?

Some of us find it hard at times to treat ourselves best.  We fear being viewed as selfish and yet we are struggling to survive in a world with an all about me mentality.  Selling ourselves short; feeling as though we are less important than those around us; focusing on who is bigger, better, faster, stronger, richer, prettier etc may distort how we view of ourselves and our place in this world.

Obesity, the struggle for weight loss, healthier eating, exercise, etc is not our entire being.  Nor is neglect of self our entire reason for needing to be where we are now.  We are complex individuals.  There is no standard answer.  Nonetheless, we can practice being good to self.

Even if you don't yet believe it, know you as as worthy as others and treat yourself appropriately.  Show you some love today and every day.  What you do depends on how you feel and what you need; but, do something just for yourself today.

...All are welcome, jump in at anytime.

O KAY,  OH KAY,  OH KAY,  OH KAY!!!!1   I was so good today and i'm so very proud of myself.  So usually when I sub I use it as an excuse to eat crap and stop by the doughnut shop, well today I had everything.  Let me just tell you exactly what was in my lunch bag.   I only worked until 11:45 so I was home in time for meal 3.  This is everything I had in my lunch box.

Breakfast:
Kashi Oatmeal
3 Splendas
3 Dashes of Salt in a ziploc
1 Pear
My oatmeal bowl
My coffee cup
My kerug coffe in a mug already made
A spoon

2nd Meal
Greek yougurt
2 splenda
frozen blueberries
1/2 Pear

Snack
Edamame
1/2 Pear

I know that Becca keeps a full fridge in her classroom and even still I was like I don't care I'm taking everything.  The reason I took my own bowl and coffee cup is because I enjoy eating and drinking out of them and so I wanted to make my breakfast as enjoyable at work as I do at home and it really worked well for me.  I locked the door made my oatmeal set up the table sat down and really enjoyed my breakfast.  I felt so proud of myself.

What made it even better is that it was Becca's classroom and I often times pretend I am talking to her when she is not around.  I know that sounds funny, but it's something I do a lot and just sitting there in here classroom enjoying my breakfast at the table she eats at made it more special for me.

Wow,  i'm getting a little emotional  LOL.  What the hell,  what day of the month of this.  LOL LOL LOL

I owe half a workout for yesterday and today has been a scatter brain day so who knows.  For sure, my week will be whole.

Thursday was high cal but I met all my parameters.  I know I ate because of my sucks ass weigh in but I'm within my calorie cycle range so no harm no foul.  Of course I wish wight gain did not leave me wanting to eat.

Fat(g) Carbs(g) Fiber(g) Net C(g) Prot(g) KCals
97.14 - 54%
100.28 - 25%
81.7 18.60 116.16 - 21%
1616
My net carbs are still holding at atkins induction levels and fats at >50% so its all ketogenic.  The burn, 371 cals.

I need to do some re shuffling in the work out department.
Today may turn into my rest day.  As long as my week is whole its all good.

I am the exact same way,  if I gain weight it makes me want to eat my azz off and I usually do.  I woke up this morning feeling really heavy and I know it was those dam cheerios and pear last night.   So i'm not going near that dam scale until Monday.

Monday is my weigh in too and I'm not looking forward to it.  My calorie average and exercise plan for the week should be solid. If I see one-fifty-anything lbs on that scale I may need a straight jacket.

Man if I saw 150 I would need a straight jacket to stop me from slamming myself on the ground in a fit of euphoria.  LOL     But I understand completely what your saying.

Damn I could use some genuine euphoria right now.  I'd gladly where that straight jacket.
