2 of the Doves and a delicious cup of coffee.  It's not the full sugar goodies, but they are really good.

Nooooooooooooooooooooooooo.....  It is 9:43 and I had a 4th cup of Cheerios and  half of a pear.  Damit I did so well all day and then blew it.  I forgot that I had sugar free popsicles in the freezer and could have had one of those.   Dam, Dam, Dam. 

I suppose it could have been worse but I guess I can consider it a second snack, because I get two in one day i'm just mad that I ate it so late.

 For dinner I had a cup of mixed vegetables and a 1/2 cup of brown rice.  I am just trying to stick to the plan and not go off on a chocolate binge as long as I can do that I will stay in control.

Do u text we gotta text each other @ night cause need support  that's when I go wrong 2 did good all day an 11pm had a bowl of chips wow see outta site ouitta mind I usually don't buy them hubby did

 Girl the closest I come to texting is instant messages.  I do read this board a lot more during the day so if you need just leave a message or send me a message on aol,  my iPad is attached to my hip.

I'm a day late.  Atkins bars have been on sale for a couple weeks and I've been basically living on them since I'm not up to cooking these days.  Those for all phase one only. 

I love the dove sf dark chocolate.  When I buy regular chocolate its dove if I can't get lindt.  I like the sf fudgesicle and creamsicles too.  My problem is every now and then its a race to the bottom of the box.  I'll eat those and nothing else.
