Another Successful Day, and I Weighed Myself

Thank You Jesus !!

I made it through another day.  Today was yogurt for breakfast and for my second meal so of course I got hungry and by the time mean 3 came around it was a salad so I was still hungry.  LOL.   By the time 4:00 rolled around I was wanting a candy bar, but instead I had a tablespoon of unsalted, shelled sunflower seeds and 1/2 cup of blueberries.   I did really good.  

So tonigh just like last night I will pray for strength to make it through tomorrow.

I did weigh myself today,  I am taking pictures of my scale so that I can have pictures of my weight going down on the actual scale.

Congrats to you MsLee!  Tomorrow is my weigh in and I'm frightened.  Most folke would be measuring ketosis by now but I show barely a trace.  As a rule it is no ketones no fat loss for me.  Praying the trace will be enough.  If I see anything above the 149.9 I may have to head into Jacksonville where the nearest bridge is.    Ger-on-e-moooo

I had 1 slice of wheat toast tablespoon of peanut butter 1 cup coffee 12ozs wg creamer sorry will weigh myself Mon last weight in mlk day wish me luck will post results :)  praying hrd 2 ladies prayin hard 2 till tmrw or later m back 4 sure we can do it

Yall work it out. I am three years post op and I just got on board again. I had gained 6 lbs. I weighed today and after a week, I had lost 8lbs. No carbs, just meat and veggies for a week. I average about 1000  cals per day, and I am not hungery. If I do wanna snack...I will get cheese and turkey rolls with a pickle..and Im good


Keep the fight going ..you cant go back now!!!! And neither can I!!

You're on the right track Lee.  You're making it day to day.  That's an accomplishment.  Great food and snack choices.  How's the gym experiences?  Getting any better?  I want to join one, but I really just like being out in the elements.

Keep it up!  You can do this!!
