OK Guys here is the scale picures for the first four days of my EFS. Don't think i'll be weighing daily from now on, maybe every two days for sanity sake.

I'm doing the Extreme Fat Smash, not the Fat Smash, they are different. You can get a copy of the book at amazon for probably less than $5.00, until it comes just go to your library and get it and read it and when your copy arrives from amazon take the library copy back.
