Morning workout
Cardio - Podrunner's SpeedBump Top of the World
Strength - Calethenics &
3 days body sculpting

Evening workout
Cardio - repeat

Strength - Calethenics repeat & 3 days body sculpting 2nd half

It is my get off those ragedy ass knees day and take your Osteo Tri-Flex day for me.  But i'll be right back on it tomorrow.    I just need a day to let my Osteo work.
