The Protein Train is chugging along.
I've been riding this train for the better part of a week now. I had a few slips but I'm still on board. Over the week I've had several chicken wings dredged in flour because I've was too lazy to fix my own. Then there was 3oz penuts in the mix and an onion. I'm surviving mailny on coconut milk beverage and atkins bars for all phases right now. Oh and I guess I should count the pickle on the bunless McDouble with no cheese I just had.
Tonight I'm fixing London broil with a cup of greens and trying to stay off the Atkins bars as they have made up 2/3 of todays calories so far. I'm off the hard carbs but I'm still bouncing around this train. I need to sit my ass down and fasten my seat belt, lol.
