It's Sunday yall. Trying to get my head right for Monday

OK it is Sunday yall, the day before a new week and I am trying to get my thinking together for Extreme Fat Smash on Monday. 

I have been hitting that  gym every single day working out which is no biggie for me because exercise is no my problem, it is the eating. 

Tomorrow there is no work so I plan to get up eat my meal and loose close to 15 pounds over the next three weeks.  The last time I did it I lost 13 pounds the first three weeks and I am hoping to be just as successful.

So let's all check in on Monday with our plans for the week on Marcia Acountability thread,

 This is just what I needed.  Exercise has been on point just need to get the eating under control.  Time for me to get past the head issues I have and make it to my goal.  Thanks for the reminder Lee!!

You are all over those dam carbs.  10% is really good and the protein is looking really good too.   Keep it up girl.

I am not gonna lie,  I am sitting in bed getting my last junk food in.   A dam Kit Kat and a cup of coffee.   MMMM  dam it's good because I know I have to cut it out.   I am going to try my best not to eat any candy tomorrow yall, it will take a miracle and I believe in miracles sometimes.  LOL.


I am going to hit the gym for a run tomorrow and then come home and enjoy the day off with my Beckster.  We have been doing so well with going to the gym,  but she has that old fashion bypass where she works out for a few weeks and she loses 30 pounds while I lose 1 or nothing.  Gotta hate that.

But anyway i'm gonna go to bed and pray that the lord helps me to wake up ready to be thin, and then i'm going to wake up and do my part to make it happen.


Yall wish me luck and pray long and hard for me cause I sholl yes sholl do need it.

I've been a slacker lately and it shows.  When I bull**** the workouts it shows fast plus my eating has been half assed too.  I know how to get my protein, keep the carbs down, keep the calories down, and do it with mostly junk food too.  Time to get real again.
