Don't workout with a belly full of Cheerios

Hey yall,

I am trying to make this my home again and get off of family Facebook so much.  I remember I use to come here and share everything.  So since it looks like some of use are making our way back home i'm going to try to post more often.

So here is the deal.   I ate a bowl of cheerios with almond milk of course, and a pear, and a few sun flower seeds,  no salt.   I took my fat ass to that gym got on a tread mill planning to do a hour and I was dying when 20 min came around.  I usually run for a min and walk for a min.  I ran one time and thought I was going to have a dam asthma attack.  LOL.   I was huffing and puffing and trying to catch my breath and I swear no lie it took me almost 5 min to catch my breath and by then I was walking at a 2.8 snails pace.  

So what the hell did I learn?    When I know i'm going to workout I will not be filling my body with food cause it makes you want to die when you start exercising.

You are good...whenever...I eat before working out.....in most cases I will opt for a NAP instead. When I for sure plan to work out, I will only eat a stick of cheese or have a protein bar or shake.  I then will eat a reasonable dinner afterwards. I have had those cramps though when working out and food is twirling around. I don't last long either...again...want a nap.

After almost dying on  that dam treadmill I did bring my butt home and took a nap.

LOL......Point noted!  I will not be eating anything close to my Zumba time tonight!

I hate the Zumba videos, my gym has classes so I think I will try one to see if I like it better live.

Anything that stops someone who runs like she's related to Forest Gump scares the crap outta me!  I'd have been too busy working my way to the bottom of any box of cereal to exercise.     

I'm best working out on an empty stomach so I can deplete my  glycogen stores quickly and hit the fat storage.  Then I follow up with a little protein and any carbs on the menu for the day. 
Of course that is in a perfect world when I do the right thing.  I need to get back to this wake up routine because it does help the scale.
