PROTEIN TRAIN - CHECK IN
Breakfast: I had Deli Turkey and Hard Boiled Egg, H20
Lunch: Tuna (Meooow) and H20
Snack: Vienna Sausage (4)
Dinner: Chicken Breast, Lettuce, H20
Snack: Vienna Sausage (3 or whats left from the can) H20
Plan to either do 45 min running on Wii Fit or 45 treadmill as a goal. Need to start somewhere
Began with a scoop of protein; made a pot of chai tea; and included a pint of unsweetened coconut milk non dairy drink (to up the fat content and keep cal in check) between the two. Not sure of the rest of the day but I am sticking to the list.
Workout plan: An inside run, speedbump level 3; abs; and body sculpting with free weights. I'm feeling lazy today so I may have to report back to fess up if I don't get it done. The humiliation of it all should get me moving, lol.

My research and experiments with ketogenic diets keeps comming back to raising my fat content to at least 50%. Even on the protein train I simply do not loose.
Added fats allow me to hit ketosis. Otherwise I may as well live on ff chips and sugar free angel food cake with sf preserves. Low cal and no weight loss vs low carb low cal and no weight loss. I don't like many fatty meats so the pint of coconut milk drink makes a good start to the day with 50 cal/ cup all fat.

Getting REAL depressed about letting things get this far out of control! Imma try hard to come back here for accountability but can only do it from work, home computer is virused out for the moment.
