Accountability Mission: No Mercy and No Excuses

Tell the whole truth and be accountable.

What are you going to do today to further your weight and health related goals?  Pick one thing, big or small that you will feel good about.

What did you do for your weight and health related goals yesterday?   In need not be something new and inovative.  It is only yourself you need impress.

There is always SOMETHING you can focus upon on any goven day.
- Perhaps a little extra exercise or review new programs.
-
Review the basics and assess your compliance.
- Contemplate and assess the components of your recovery from obesity and what this means for you.
- Learn something of value about dysfunctional eating behavior.
- Learn something valuable about how your body responds to dietary options and exercise.

One small accountable action that furthers your personal mission is an accomplishment.  This is for life.  As one goal is met there is always another.  Over time change will grow and expand and your works will come to fruition.

...All are welcome, jump in at anytime.

Don't waste your time on that pouch test crap,  go to the library and get the Extreme Fat Smash and in three weeks you will be down at least 14 pounds.

Pouch test is no wl miracle but a few days liquids and soft foods gets me back on track.  Realy cuts the appetite and gets me back on the water and protein as my main nutrition.

If the goal is back to basics I say do it.  Far as I'm concerrned that's the merit of the 5dpt.  If its dropping 4lbs or so a week you want then try EFS.  At a minimum up the workouts to efs standard with the 5dpt.
