I'm happy to hear your surgery went well and you are home recovering.   I hope all continues to go well.

Stay away from the carbs as long as you possibly can and take full advantage of your window, it closes a lot quicker now a days.

Thanks! It was such a hard experience in the beginning and now I'm doing so much better. I'm having a hard time with protein but I can make it.
