A bad key stroke and Iost my post about Friday.  Calories were down but that's ok because I know they do not stay down for long.  I've been homding to this new plan and praying for effective fat loss.

Today, Saturday I have been a bottomless pit.  I'm still eating strictly ketogenic and actually in ketosis for a change.  Fingers crossed, I'll drop a pound (or more please?) this week.  Calories are at my limit which is not an issue.  My ratios however have shifted and I have to be sure not to knock myself out of ketosis. Tomorrow's menu will have to compensate for today's.

I caved today and peeked at the scale after breakfast.  During this high fat ketogenic trial, I am only supposed to weight once a week on Thursdays so as to avoid suicide attempts.  While I have no razor blades, I do have a few packs of lady bic disposable shavers and loads of pills.

THANKFULLY, I won't be needing these for any inappropriate acctions that may damn my soul for eternity (Sensing my negative mood yet?).  The scale is down about half a pound.  Moreover, I can get into my one and only pair of shorts which I had to skip this summer; and, also my favorite summer jeans are comfy again.  A little late for the summer wardrobe but...   It fits! It fits!

This led me to trying on other items that were tight or not happening.  Some are actually loose and others are now a nice fit.  I've got two remaining pair of jeans to get into.  The thighs are my issue.  If I can trim these thighs its all good.

I'm back to the daily run and free weight body sculpting with the wii interspersed for some fun.  I'm in a lousy frame of mind and body today but that naughty peak at the scale has given me a boost.

At last I may have found a solution to my body's refusal to loose fat.  I have not eaten less calorically.  Only the ratios have changed.  I need to those ratios back in line as my ketones have dropped some.   I don't like this high fat eating but it is working for me.  As long as it keeps doing its thing I will literally have to just plain stomach it.

Worth noting, my digestive tract actually likes this diet plan.  For the first time since rny I am as regular as I was pre op.  I always knew 5:30 am without a clock, lol.  There is no more of that wls rumble going on and I'm not perriodically gassy any more.  This ketogenic eating is working for more than just fat loss.
