HOLD MY FEET TO THE FIRE! ACCOUNTABILITY TUESDAY
With prayer you will succeed! How goes it with your refill? Are you good and full after small meals?
Fortunately for me I never stopped exercising when no longer required to take gym in school. Early on I had an aversion to frail people and folks shaped like jabba the hut. Wish I could say I was fitness motivated. I've always been just plain vain, lol.
With my mom's voice in my head I had to always be able to touch my toes and get up of the floor without holding on to anything. Whatever, it keeps me exercising and while there is no scientific proof, I think it helps me better handle the physical side of having ms.
A little exercise can do a lot in just a few minutes a day. Commit 10 minutes each morning and night with a goal of twenty minutes each cardio & strength daily. In a month or two you will be working it 40 minutes a day. Check some of the links for ideas. No equipment required.
Fill is fine. I am probably good and full after small meals but I don't feel that way. Since don't want to be too tight I'm stopping myself after small meals. I don't want to mess my body up so trying to keep calories in a safe range. Working to get my carbs lower. Working at keeping calories in the 1200 to 1300 range. Planning an exercise schedule, one that I will stick with. Early morning is the most successful for me. Thanks for asking.
