Accountability Mission: No Mercy and No Excuses
Its feeding time! Tell the whole truth and be accountable. Are prepared for when you are away from home and HUNGRY? I'm not talking appetite or head hunger. It is legitimetly time to eat regardless of your current meal plan. What will you eat and where will you eat it?
- Have a clue before you leave home. Where will you be and what is available. Keep in mind that other peoples homes offer fewest options.
- Better still, carry emergency food with you and don't worry about how it looks to other people. I did this for two years solid. In the purse and in the car I had two to three feedings at all times. When I'm running I still pack my just in case food. It has repeatedly saved me from regret.
- Use that smart phone to pull up nutrition facts for available chain restaurants. You'd be surprised at what foods are the better choices and what foods are not so good. I recently discovered that double veg at Friendly's is no better than a small fries at McD's.
An apropos cliche: Failing to plan is planning to fail.

Not just for runners. Site has a variety of workout music and music timmed to progressive running programs for 5k, 8k, 10k, and speed. In place indoors, treadmill, or at the track run to the beat and you'll complete the stated distance. There is also a varietty of interval training music from about 130 bpm up to to 180 bpm; and, fixed bpm workout music as well. Lengths of tracts vary but there is a speed/ length to suit most workout needs.

LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
In my never ending saga, It has been 16 months since I gained 20 lbs in six days. I am still bouncing within a 15 lb range in spite of eating/ exercising for a person 20 lbs lighter all this time. Frustration is far too mild a word.
Well, I've gone back, again to my research and adopted anther plan. Another version showed some promise once upon a time. I've taken it further in stages overt the past week and viola, there is a glimmer of hope. Meal planning has become a chore and I am not thrilled with the menu. However, If it gets me back under 140 lbs this is y new diet forever.
I'm relying on my ketostix as an objective measure of improved metabolic activity. For fear of becomming discouraged, my tape measure and scale are off limits for the next ten days to allow time for measurable results.
Fingers crossed, prayers being said. Weight loss of 15 lbs will get me back where I was; 20 lbs will bring me to ecstacy; 25 lbs will be pure nirvana.

I am going to walk over to subway for lunch and have a half sub and walk my fat ass home.
Hey I just discovered that that big ass cable box from comcast I have has this thing called On DEMAND, and it has a ton of tv shows and it has a exercise channel where I can do the different exercises everyday. WHAT THE HELL...... I knew it, but I completely forgot about it and it even has all my shows on the dam thing. LOL.
So anyway. I hate this time of the year cause people keeps giving us our favorite foods and we keep eating them. Becca and I are so out of control, it is like two fat chicks falling off the cliff without trying to grasp on to the ledge. Geesz Louise.
Gonna keep working out, clean out the fridge and as soon as friday hits i'm going to Fat Smash which means i'll turn the little bit of muscle I left into fat, but it's either that or just be a fat chick with biceps. WTF am I suppose to do. LOL

I used to watch fitv for the workouts. When it was dropped from my package I dropped tv period. Without fitv it was not worth the monthly fee. An antenna is all I need.
Work it out girl! I was thinking we need a good workout challenge on this board like we used to. Throw something out there we could all do. I was thinking 200 situps but uhm, someone is already way past ttwice that MsLee!

I am in the same sinking boat! I gained 30+ pounds with the baby. I have 15 pounds to lose to get back to my pre-baby weight. I am going to do Insanity again. I asked for it for Christmas. (I borrowed my brother's when I did it a year ago). I did not finish the complete Insanity workout because I got pregnant. I was not happy with my 30-day results at the time, but when I look at my pics now, I only wish I was where I was then! LOL! I know I will get back there...DETERMINED!!!

Well let's start with 200 sit up, even if you have to split them in the morning and evening. My belly is so freaking big from all the crap I eat I don't know how comfortable sit ups will be. LOL. So I will do my sit ups before my last class tonight .
