A more advanced calculator that's still easy to use.
Advanced option lets you choose from 3 different calculation methods. Enter data once for calorie needs at maintenance; plus calorie needs for 2 different levels of weight loss; and, results include a week long calorie cycling plan. Not just for runners. Site has a variety of workout music and music timmed to progressive running programs for 5k, 8k, 10k, and speed. In place indoors, treadmill, or at the track run to the beat and you'll complete the stated distance. There is also a varietty of interval training music from about 130 bpm up to to 180 bpm; and, fixed bpm workout music as well. Lengths of tracts vary but there is a speed/ length to suit most workout needs.

Day three off nearly all carbs and its going ok. My digestive system i****ting the like button. These are desparate times. Tomorrow I move into phase two, atkins fat fast.
Do not try this at home folks. It was not designd for wls folks or those with normal metabolisms. While I tell the whole truth and offer full disclosure, what's good for me may not be good for you. Hopefully this will be good for me and jump start some major fat loss.

Howdy stranger, of course I'm the stranger. lol I've been trying to do the protein shakes and liquids since Sat. but I only last until 3-4pm until I need some solid food !!! Of course my Magic Bullet broke, so now I have to drink the pre-made protein and those are too expensive so that will be brunch for the next 4 days and then either a salad or chili or tuna.
I had 4 family members to tell me I had gained weight over Thanksgiving !!! I've gained 7 lbs since the last time they saw me. No wonder we have issues !!!

Only your closest loved ones can be so petty not to mention rude. How the hell can anyone see 7 lbs on a person over six feet tall?
You don't need liquids only and you know it. Not long ago your doc was working on getting you to keep from going too low. Eat something and hold to your maintenance plan.
