Not just for runners.  Site has a variety of workout music and music timmed to progressive running programs for 5k, 8k, 10k, and speed.  In place indoors, treadmill, or at the track run to the beat and you'll complete the stated distance.  There is also a varietty of interval training music from about 130 bpm up to to 180 bpm; and, fixed bpm workout music as well.  Lengths of tracts vary but there is a speed/ length to suit most workout needs.

One day back in wight loss mode.  I am very unhappy about having to continually "figure out" how to loose weight.  I am so tired of useless nutritionists and doctors with their one size fits all perspective.  I am sick of doing the researched and modifying my findings for my own needs.  I hate it all but if the fat comes off I will live with it for life if I must. 

I have decided not to weigh or measure until a week from Thursday.  This will be very hard but if the plan works I will finally kick in to ketosis. I am giving my body a minute to produce some glimmer of hope.   Fingers crossed.

Well I cleaned up my house really good and I think that will help me clean out some of the crap in my head, a little bit.   I am so exhausted mentally that I can't even stand myself, but I will get up AGAIN tomorrow morning and workout and then eat **** all day like I do daily.    I'm so sick of me.   I'm sick of working out and not getting anywhere, i'm sick of eating well and not getting anywhere, i'm sick of eating bad and getting fat.   I am sick and tired of the whole dam thing, but i'm stuck and there is nothing I can do about it.

I HATE THE STRUGGLE WITH EVERY FIBER IN ME.

All I can say to that is DITTO!   When I do the right thing I'm supposed to get the right results.  Its perfectly reasonable to be PISSED THE HELL OFF when you repeatedly work it just to see you are FKCU'd once again. 

We can't afford a pity party.   Like you, tomorrow my @$$ will be up working out again too.

I too would like to quit struggling but its not happening. I hate being wayyyyy to fat more than most things. So I probably won't work out as much as I should, but I will work on my diet and exercise. Got 3cc put in my band today so I am on the road to success. I am more powerful and knowledgeable that when first filled. Got my head on straight and will try to keep it there. Wishing us all the best.

  Congrats on getting re filled at last.  The thought of loosing my tool is a nightmare. 

You are correct about quitting.  It is not happening.  My head is far from straight but it is still in the game.
