One month till Christmas! Its the most wonderful time of the year!
A meaningful time of year. A meanngless time of year. Either way, we may find ourselves fighting hard against temptation over the coming month.
Tell the whole truth and be accountable. Are you prepared to walk away from temptation? It may find you at office gatherings; in any variety of holiday parties; or even in your own home. You don't have to celebrate any holiday this season to find the holiday temptations before you. What will you do when faced with the old temptaions this time of year brings?
It was once an easy decision to just have some. We made that decision repeatedly and found ourselves here. Some of us are still convinced we never really ate that much. That is an individual demon we must each accept for ourselves. Regardless of what you believe about your own obesity, how will you handle events that challenge your battle against obesity today?

Not just for runners. Site has a variety of workout music and music timmed to progressive running programs for 5k, 8k, 10k, and speed. In place indoors, treadmill, or at the track run to the beat and you'll complete the stated distance. There is also a varietty of interval training music from about 130 bpm up to to 180 bpm; and, fixed bpm workout music as well. Lengths of tracts vary but there is a speed/ length to suit most workout needs.

It's not the most wonderful time of the year for me, it's the time I add more fat on top of the dam fat I already have.
I am already feeling like a dam loser going into another year fat if not fatter than last year. I want to just enter into one new year happy and thin and not feeling so worthless. But it sure in hell won't be this dam year.
Oh well....... I suck. LOL.
You are not the only one feeling like a loser at the moment. I'm not feeling good about another damned year looking like winnie the pooh. But that's got nothing to do with Christmas. Its the reason for season that matters.
As I count down to Christmas I am starting atlins fat fast, then on to fat burning index. These are desperate times.
I am having as perfect a Thanksgiving holiday as one could hope for without being greedy and thankless. I ate it and I drank it and I am still enjoying it.
Most important, I am thankful for a whole lot more than food. I paid it forward so I could indulge. However, there would be no holiday if it were just about food and drink. Make this about the good times. Relax and enjoy!
I am food focused because it ensures that I don't screw up. Screw ups can result in weight gain and the un doing of what my tool has allowed me to achieve. Saying I don't enjoy food won't fool a soul. However, holidays are not about food. If that was once the case for you it is time to change your mind set.
Enjoy good times with good people. Focus on food to keep yourself accountable. Focus on the activities and relationships to enjoy the holidays. This I learned from the wls vets and I have taken it to heart.
