Thanksgiving may have no significance or you may have reason to celebrate. Either way, food is going to be everywhere for the next month plus. There are SIX days left to plan for it.
Tell the whole truth and be accountable. Have you given thought to the comming feeding frenzy? How will you handle it? What tips can you share for enjoying without over indulging? A seemingly obvious suggestion could spare someone from a stall or weight gain.

A more advanced calculator that's still easy to use.
Advanced option lets you choose from 3 different calculation methods. Enter data once for calorie needs at maintenance; plus calorie needs for 2 different levels of weight loss; and, results include a week long calorie cycling plan. Not just for runners. Site has a variety of workout music and music timmed to progressive running programs for 5k, 8k, 10k, and speed. In place indoors, treadmill, or at the track run to the beat and you'll complete the stated distance. There is also a varietty of interval training music from about 130 bpm up to to 180 bpm; and, fixed bpm workout music as well. Lengths of tracts vary but there is a speed/ length to suit most workout needs.

Last week I ate whatever for several days driving up my calorie average. That has all been payed back and I'm paying if forward for Thanksgiving.
I've estimated the extras like alcohol, desert, side dishes, and eating out over the long weekend then increased my calories for Thurs-Sun. Nothing comes without a price so I'm paying up front by cutting calories.
My numbers are right on plan. Actually, I am a little ahead of the curve. As long as I act like I have some good sense I will be able to relax and enjoy with no risk of weight gain.
You can keep your weight loss moving. You can enjoy a special occaision meal oe a vacation without weight gain. Plan ahead. Its all up to you.

Sounds like you got a good plan working. I am canning chili now. Got the apple dumplings frozen and sweet potatoes. There is no more freezer room I've had to can the greens, chili and soup. I can chicken too so then it's ready for soups, stews and even dumplings. Canning makes fixing meals simple and easy. I just luv it.
When cooking and canning for my children I eat less, guess messing with so much food does it.
However I did buy a quart of egg nog. and I've been sipping on it. One concession, I've left the jack out of the pic. It's hard but something had to be cut, today it's jack. Tomorrow is the egg nog. You are so right, it's all up to us.
