HOLD MY FEET TO THE FIRE! ACCOUNTABILITY TUESDAY
Accountability Mission: No Mercy and No Excuses
For me its Thanksgiving, Christmas, then New Year. For you it may be something else or nothing at all. The season may have no significance or you may have reason to celebrate. Either way, food is going to be everywhere for the next month and a half. There are NINE days remaining to pay it forward for Thanksgiving.
Tell the whole truth and be accountable. Have you given thought to the comming feeding frenzy? How will you handle it? What tips can you share to help the newbies and those who struggle?
I won't call anyone out but this is a good time for you lurkers to lend support to those who could use a little guidance. You know who you are. It could be a recipe, a plan of eating, your personal do's and don'ts, etc. Anything that can help someone else make it through the season of eating with their weight loss and maintenance goals in tact. A seemingly obvious suggestion could spare someone from a stall or weight gain. I hope you will give a little back.
...All are welcome, jump in at anytime.

Lord take mercy on my soul and put me out of my fat ass mystery. LOL.
I am ******g up so much there is not much more to say. I really think my head believes that I am thin as long as I exercise because I eat like a fat ass pig and I can't stop myself right now.

The word is clustefkcu. I know it well since it was my word of the week for four out of seven days last week. This week is payback time. You know what to do. There is nothing wrong in paying those calories back through exercise. As long as you compensate for the clusterfkcu.
These are the times when I need overeaters anonymous online. The wls focus email loop and on line meetings are full of head cases like you and me. I hate "going there" I hate needing to be "there". But let's face it,I'm a head case and to date I've come up with nothing better.
I am a compulsive overeater and connecting with other folks with the same eating disorder makes a difference for me. I am going to loose this excess fat. We ate both going to loose our excess fat. NO MERCY AND NO EXCUSES!

Frankly, when I tried the face to face meeting it was just not for me. Theey were just not the type I want to be around. I "get it" a little better now but I still prefer on line. I have not been able to do the sponsor thing. i may never get there.
Still, it helps. I need to work this from every angle I can get.

Exercise excluded, the plan is to save 450 calories a day over my base requirement. I'm eating to my rmr per the calculators out there. Enough to survive in a sedentary enviornment without throwing myself into starvation mode.
Monday
Banked just over 500 calories for the day towards my pay back/ pay forward plan. I've got pay back due for four high cal days and pay forward planned for Thanksgiving weekend.
Exercise remains unchanged. I consider those calories gravy for the gravy. Yes folks, you can treat yourself if you plan ahead or compensate.
Some folks will be able to say never again but I'm not one of them. I will have that glass of wine; and, the stuffing with gravy; and, the buljol with caswava. green banana, and olive oil. There is no point in fooling myself into thinking I will say no to all temptation. By being prepared I am free to enjoy a sample the holiday treats as I enjoy the good company.
