Arrgh, this is just depressing.  My biggest motivator is success and I'm not havng much of that at the moment.   I missed my water by a pint; protein goal by 4g; and carb goal by 60g.  The only positive is my calories remain under control.

Its back to researching issues of weight loss and metabolism.  I've been patient.  I've followed instructions.  I've worked with the professionals.  All they have to say is its metabolic and I may never loose these extra pounds.

There is no way I'm accepting this as fact.  Sadly, starvation is possible for everyone.  Therefore everyone can loose weight some way, some how.  This includes me.  I just need to figure out the healthy approach to making weight loss happen for me.

Just as I did as a newbie until I hit goal, I will do this.  It is so much easier to stick to a plan that's working than to one that is unproductive.
