LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Sunday
Fat(g) | Carbs(g) | Fiber(g) | Net C(g) | Prot(g) | KCals |
52.76 | 311.15 | 122.0 | 189.15 | 109.72 | 2189 |
I was face down in the carbs yesterday but it was a high cal day desert included. Shamefully, I've more than trippled the carbs but I hit my protein goal and my calorie average is holding just fine. I knew those unused calories from the start of the weekend would be put to good use.
My goal for this week is to loose two pounds. I'll even take one pound. In spite of being on track I'm about four pounds up over last week. WTF! Only I can eat for a sedentary 135 lbs and go from 147 lbs to 151 lbs in a week. Oh, and I want that 2 lbs off of last week's weight so that I'm back in the normal bmi range.
Calorie cutting does not work for me. Nor does increasing exercise even f I could. Low carb puts a damper on the gain, but weight loss still eludes me. Ketogenic diets show the most promise but I just can't stick with them becaus if the taste. I'm looking for a plan that will get the fat gone. Taking suggestions. Perhaps therr is an approach I have not tried yet.
