Not just for runners. Site has a variety of workout music and music timmed to progressive running programs for 5k, 8k, 10k, and speed. In place indoors, treadmill, or at the track run to the beat and you'll complete the stated distance. There is also a varietty of interval training music from about 130 bpm up to to 180 bpm; and, fixed bpm workout music as well. Lengths of tracts vary but there is a speed/ length to suit most workout needs.

While I work my detour I must be true to myself. There are a few basics I mist get back to like limiting carba and raising protein. Even when I'm not seeing results I've got to know what's good for me.

Yesterday I did fine. I met or exceeded my goals without any issues. I'm trying to keep it going today but the carbs are a struggle as I decide what's for dinner. Want the just ok stuff (mix of lower level prot and carbs). Need the good stuff (solid high quality protein).

Near perfection. It's a miracle that I stayed within my carb limit. Meeting my protein goal was not difficult. Focus on lean meat and protein is pretty much a done deal. Unlike Friday, I managed it without any supplements.
My apptite is rising for no good reason but I'm staying within my calorie limits. I actually have almost 500 to spare for the day. Lord knows it wil get used as I work my averages for the month.
It was rough going but the fact that I am cheap kept me from ordering a pizza. Most of it would go into the trash or into the freezer. Besides, I make a better tasting, more nutritious, allergy friendly, pizza the chains can't touch. Too bad I'm more lazy than cheap some days.
I don't expect the weekend to get any easier. Thankfully, the water is going down aagain which helps a lot. Temptation is evrywhere and I am ripe for a slip. Its like negotiating a minefield. Proceed with extreme caution.

I stepped on the scale and I am up 10 freaking pounds, HOW THE HELL IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE?
I am going to step away from Fat Smash until the middle of the month and try to let my body reset itself. I am just going to eat sensibly and workout daily.
My level of frustration is unreal, why oh why did I **** up. I had lost 20 pounds and blew it. DAM, DAM, DAMMMMMM
I am also starting P90X my fourth round tomorrow morning.
I'd put money on it all that sugar has you retaining fluid and full of inflammation. Of course that won't help you into your clothes.
Keep the faith luv, you will do it again. We would never have found this site if we were not at least a little fkcu'd up where food issues are concerned.
Damn you are on round four of x already! I've been feeling like **** and the body won't co operate so I've been sitting on my @$$. Tomorrow I'm back on it. Thanksgiving week it will be back to insanity. My belly looks lik a damned jello mold.

I know it is a lot of fluid too because I feel all puffy, but I don't care I feel ike a susage in my pants.
