Head issues are often stronger than intellect.  They go beyond our strengths and weaknesses.  There is a ton of emotion attached.  Introspective, self knowledge, and self acceptance is a start towards growth and moving forward.  

Think about it: How grounded in reality is your behavior today?  If you don't face the reality of how head issues have contributed to your obesity, where will you be in a year, or five years, or ten years?

Not just for runners.  Site has a variety of workout music and music timmed to progressive running programs for 5k, 8k, 10k, and speed.  In place indoors, treadmill, or at the track run to the beat and you'll complete the stated distance.  There is also a varietty of interval training music from about 130 bpm up to to 180 bpm; and, fixed bpm workout music as well.  Lengths of tracts vary but there is a speed/ length to suit most workout needs.

High cal relative to the protein but I made my minimum and stayed within my calorie range.  Its the **** load of peanut butter that did it.  I have to get the carbs back below 100g total.  Carbs go up, protein goes down.   I need to bring the protein up to 100g minimum.  I'm also struggling with the water lately.  Every glass is a chore no matter what I try to drink.   I'm barely making it and cheating the caffine angle with the chai tea. 

I doubt I'll get my full caffine free 80 oz today but I will get at least 80 oz.   I'm pushing for the 100g protein even if it means a supplement (arrgh).  Carbs are a protein killer.  Carbs you are the enemy and you are comming down right now.  Go Low Carb!

Oh no you didn't!  You know better than to let that stuff into your house. 

Its like me and the peanut butter --and the empty jar --and the 11 tbsp/ 990 calories unaccounted for --and the fact that I was the only one who ate peanut butter over the five days since I let that godforesaken wicked devil food into the house. 

We both knew better.
