HOLD MY FEET TO THE FIRE! ACCOUNTABILITY THURSDAY
Accountability Mission: No Mercy and No Excuses
Sorry so late folks! Tell the whole truth and be accountable. What have you accomplished so far this week? What are you doing to measure your progress? Are you ensuring that your method of measurement is objective? No matter what stage you are in; and, No matter your choice for or against surgery, you have a RESPONSIBILITY to YOURSELF.
Right this minute are you where you had hoped to be today? If not why? Were your objectives out of your control or did you neglect to do what was needed to get the result you wanted? You know what you want to accomplish. Do it.
...All are welcome, jump in at anytime.

LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I'm still off my game. I've been eating more of what I want than what I need; and, I am not yet back to tracking as I should. Estimate just don't do it for me.
I'm working on getting back to strick low carb. The higher my carbs the lower my protein and the bigger my appetite. This is not where I want to be.

You do it girl. Glad EFS is still working for you. You will get that 60lbs gone.
I will try EFS again. I got a new medicine so I'm going to try following to the letter this time instead of subbing for allergies. Fingers crossed the meds will hold the asthma at bay for the three weeks.
Endocrinoligist told me I can be on a diet of plain water and still not loose weight. Gotta prove her wrong. I can't hold on to this floating 10-15 lbs forever. It could easily become 5 lbs a year putting me right back into obesity.

Wow that sounds awful, but at times it feels like I could be on 2 licks of salt and gain weight.
As far as Fat Smash is concerned I had lost 20, lost my dam mind and gained it back and now i'm in the dam process of losing it again and plan to move on from there. I swear I get so dam sick of losing the same weight over and over again.
