What the HELL BAF! Its been a month and a day since my last post and the damn thing is just a few lines down. For a minute I thought we were making a comeback. Please don't abandon us again people.
Tell the whole truth and be accountable. What have you accomplished this past month? Do you need a thread to be accountable to YOU or do you evaluate compliance with your plan regularly. No matter what stage you are in; and, No matter your choice for or against surgery, you have a RESPONSIBILITY to YOU.
Right this minute are you where you had hoped to be today? If not why? Were your objectives out of your control or did you neglect to do what was needed to get the result you wanted? You know what you want to accomplish. Do it.

A more advanced calculator that's still easy to use.
Advanced option lets you choose from 3 different calculation methods. Enter data once for calorie needs at maintenance; plus calorie needs for 2 different levels of weight loss; and, results include a week long calorie cycling plan. Not just for runners. Site has a variety of workout music and music timmed to progressive running programs for 5k, 8k, 10k, and speed. In place indoors, treadmill, or at the track run to the beat and you'll complete the stated distance. There is also a varietty of interval training music from about 130 bpm up to to 180 bpm; and, fixed bpm workout music as well. Lengths of tracts vary but there is a speed/ length to suit most workout needs.

Well I am fat smashing as we speak. I had messed up nice and good my last cycle but i'm working my way towards 30 pounds if my greedyness aows me.
Still in need of a daily miracle.
I am glad you are getting it back together, it sucks being out of control no matter what kind of out of control it is. But i'm really happy your back.

I have not been on my game lately. Water i**** or miss and Im at just the required level of protein instead of the higher level that is best for me. I've missed a lot of workouts as well.
Still, I am maintaining. I have not tracked as I normally do yet calories are under control in spite of myself. The big plus is I have not been eating compulsively or grazing mindlessly. While carbs are too high a percentage, for the most part my meals have been proper and well spaced with few episodes of overeating. Perhaps at last I am making progress with food issues of the head based variet.
