I could Kick myself how 5 turned into 10 then 10 turned into 20 then outta nowwhere there was 35 a 35 pound weight GAIN is crazy how could I be such a big DUMMY I'm taking back what the DEVIL stole from me :) I joined the Y me an my daughter she's 10 we been on it.. LORD keep us focused I gotta do it this is a major testimony BAF PLEASE take my advice DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN 2 u!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

....CONGRATS!!.......Great first step back in the right direction!  You can do this!  You already have a great assist tool.  Now all it's going to take is your resolve and commitment to make it happen!  Keep it moving !!

Thanks u know what they say the first few weeks is so Hard but it will get better if you stay focused gotta do this if not for me but for my daughter!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Went to the Y today sure didnt want to go but when I left I felt so good smiling so HAPPY ! I CAN DO IT an those out there *****ad this who r to u can do it to

hey Cookie was just asking about u everybody who motivated me r gone glad u showed up and wised me well I can an will do it wow I remember first out asking you all kinds of question huh shoulda listened :) but I'm older an wiser I do know now u slip the weight will come back!!!!!!!!!!!!! this is not by a long shot easy u have to fight HARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! to keep the weight off

We learn nothing unless we fall down.  It is not the fall that counts but the stand we hold when we get back up.  You are on the right path.  Not are you only pushing forward for greatness but you are bringing your baby long for the ride.  Maybe this is the lesson that was to be learned in the fall. It took my fall of gaining back approx. 30-35 pounds as well, for my husband took a stand and is coming along for the ride to drop the uncessary weight and workout and eat healthier.  Making abuilding new habits for ourselves.  Before you know it, you will be on top again. Claim it, it is yours for the taking.
