i dont know what else i could possibly do....i was on the right trac****il i had a baby and nowwwwwww,instead of losing im gaining......sw was 278....at pregnancy 171...during,the highest was 203...after,186...today 190!!!!...im losing my mind...190 is toooo close to 200 for me! please help....i think i stretched my pouch...i cant get to the gym,but i have wo videos but i dont think thats enough,im back on protein shakes and vits....idk!!!!!

HI Meekie.  Congratulations on your new joy!  Boy or girl?  I know how difficult it is to shed that baby weight....But it can be done.  You're not far off your starting mark either.  So don't stress too much over this.  Pace your self, and remember you've been through some hormone changes with giving birth, and it will take a minute for your body to continue to adjust.   Carving out time with a little one is difficult, but try to incorporate some activities that you can multi-task with your ne one like walking.  You're already getting back to basics with your protein and vits, cut down on your carbs and portion sizes too.  Eat as lean as possible.  It is also important to get your proper rest also to have energy for yourself and your baby.  Just keep it moving, and the pounds will come off.

Meekie I say the workout videos are a start in the right direction.  I know exactly how you feel. My highest weight was 420, dropped down to 256 gained weight all the way to 290.  Talking about a kick in the pants.  I was so depressed I could not believe I allowed myself to get that far off track.  Waving that close to 300 pounds again was a fast wake up call.  I have come to far to go back.  I now back down to 260.  I workout everyday rather if it is @ home, @ the gym or just walk 3-5 miles 4 times a week.  I attend ZUMBA.. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.  Zumba has my body toning up and my endurance level is off the charts.  I am so pumped some days, I am still dancing when I come home from working out for an hour and a half.  Take it one day @ a time.  With persistence you will be back to where you want to be.
