Accountability Mission: No Mercy and No Excuses

Tell the whole truth and be accountable.  Have you counted your blessings this week?  Have you asked yourself if ingratitude has interfered with your goals for good health?  Have you been ungrateful enough to take liberties with your plan?   Liberties that can serve no productive purpose? 

While it will vary by individual, a broad definition of ingratitude would be repeatedly expressing behaviors that if allowed to persist would result in the opposit of your health goals.  The opposit leads us right back where we started. 

Keep moving forward folks.  Be greatful for this opportunty.  Don't waste it.  Have no regrets.

Not just for runners.  Site has a variety of workout music and music timmed to progressive running programs for 5k, 8k, 10k, and speed.  In place indoors, treadmill, or at the track run to the beat and you'll complete the stated distance.  There is also a varietty of interval training music from about 130 bpm up to to 180 bpm; and, fixed bpm workout music as well.  Lengths of tracts vary but there is a speed/ length to suit most workout needs.

Today makes 2 full weeks of my Fat Smashing.  I decided that I will weigh myself tomorrow morning and give myself this last day to let a miracle occur.  My goal for these 3 weeks (full cycle) is 10 pounds so hopefully this two weeks have yielded me something close to that.

I am so tired today and I guess that is because I did not have my nightly bowl of cheerios.  LOL.  It was so dam hard not eating cheerios last night but i'm proud to say I did it.  Oh and also I was eating like 5-6 pieces of fruit daily and yesterday I had one pear and lord knows by the time 10pm rolled around I was dying for some fruit, but I remained strong.

Still working on that miracle.

Hey MsLee   Thanks for holding it down.  Good for you still extreme fat smashing.  Go for that ten girl, you got this. 

I haven't even so much as lurked in a long while.  A lot going on; too much in fact.  A close long time friend is gravely ill.  Food and exercise are suffering because I've been somewhat distracted and overwhelmed.  I ate better today, Wed. 

Finally I got in enough protein and stayed off the carbs.  Carbs and junk are easy grab & go & eat on the run foods from which no good can come.  Now I'm trying not to do any night grazing once I finish with my water.  I've been eating my anxiety on and off which is not at all good either.  At least I'm back to protein first.
