Not just for runners. Site has a variety of workout music and music timmed to progressive running programs for 5k, 8k, 10k, and speed. In place indoors, treadmill, or at the track run to the beat and you'll complete the stated distance. There is also a varietty of interval training music from about 130 bpm up to to 180 bpm; and, fixed bpm workout music as well. Lengths of tracts vary but there is a speed/ length to suit most workout needs.

LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I have to say both yes and no to my own question. I am where I wanted to be but during the week I was off my game in areas that were not directly related to my primary goals. To reach my targets and slip in other areas is not good enough. As a result my secondary goals were missed.
I do not expect perfection. We all need to let loose sometimes. This is paticularly true when you are far out and maintaining and able to handle it. Indulgences need to be controlled and not hap hazard. That was my error. Without careful consideration you can easily loose track of the impact on your overall nutrition.
Just a few days left to:
- Rid myself of unproductive behaviors; and
- Reinforce behaviors that support life long maintenance
I'm nearing conclusion of round two, 7th to 27th.
I'm back on track. However, I need to ensure I remain there in all areas of this diet for life.

I'm back on track with ya, 5 days worth as of today. I just have to try to stay focused and not let the thoughts of junk food take over my thinking. It is so awful how addiction works and yes I call junk food an addiction cause lord knows i'm addicted to it. One Day At A Time.

More than a month late and a dollar short but MsLee ADDICTION IS THE WORD! A large number of us have eating disorders including addiction and expecially compulsive overeating and binge eating disorder. Yeah, this is the medical/ psychological diagnosis gleened from decades of experrience in accounting; budget planning, forecasting and analysis; auditing; financial reporting; and information systems.
